Gifted Gamer a 4yo, has raced 11 times for 2-wins, and $110,000 in prizemoney. He won his maiden on debut at Donald in August 2023 over 1354m running the fastest last 600m (35.12) of the entire meeting and beat a horse called, Awash. Awash has won 4 races including a win at Sandown and is a Saturday class horse in Melbourne.

Gifted Gamer’s second win was at Seymour over 1400m in April 2024. On this occasion he defeated, Subliminal, a 5 x winner, with over $170k in prizemoney. He was then placed 3^rd 2.25L in the $500k Super Vobis 1600m Guineas at Caulfield. The winner, Elphinstone has won over $560k, the second horse, Modown has won almost $200k, while the 4^th horse, Socks Nation went on to win the Group-1 QLD Oaks and amassed over $644k in prizemoney.

These are terrific form references and a key piece of the puzzle when sourcing tried horses.

After three more solid runs in strong Saturday class Melbourne races, Gifted Gamer was taken to the Darwin for the $137,000 Northern Territory Derby where he started $3.70 favourite and ran 5^th 3.7L.  It was a creditable run after racing back and wide most of the way and his first look at a dirt track. After this run it was decided he would be offered for sale, where he was acquired by Patriot Bloodstock.

Having only won 2-races and with a low benchmark rating, Gifted Gamer is ideally placed in Brisbane to work through his grades, there are so many options for him in that region to recoup big prizemoney for his connections. 

Gifted Gamer is sound of wind, and limb. He will be spelled in Queensland, and we’ll aim to have in work with Jack Bruce early October with a view to have him racing over Christmas/New Year period.

Purchase costs include, PDS/legal, transport from Darwin, transfer and registrations, vet fee, insurance, agistment and all other costs until October 1, 2024.

Ongoings are approx $150 + GST per 2.5% / $300 + GST per 5% share each month. Fees are averaged out over a 12-month period and charged at a fixed rate each and every month. Extra charges for unexpected vet fees, surgery, overnight travel, or anything out of the ordinary.
